Icahn Enterprises L.P. Announces Fourth Quarter Quarterly Distribution11:50 EST Monday, March 05, 2012NEW YORK, March 5, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Icahn Enterprises L.P. (Nasdaq:IEP) will increase its quarterly distribution for the fourth quarter of 2011 to an aggregate of $0.35 per depositary unit, comprised of a combination of $0.10 payable in cash and $0.25 payable in depositary units. The distribution will be paid on March 30, 2012 to depositary unit holders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2011.1About Icahn Enterprises L.P. Icahn Enterprises L.P.
