This year residents will be able to access a revamped opt-out website at http://www.ypg.com/delivery to remove their names from the print directory delivery list as part of YPG's Custom Delivery Program. The site has undergone significant design and structural changes to make it more user-friendly and to maximize the accuracy and efficiency of opt-out requests processing. Toronto households can also request to stop receiving their Yellow Pages directory delivery by contacting Yellow Pages Group's Distribution Call Centre at 1-800-268-5637.
