Mr. Lutz will serve as a member of the executive leadership team and will report to Bill Angrick, Chairman and CEO of Liquidity Services. Mr. Lutz will be responsible for leading the Company's global Human Resources function and partnering with executive leadership to drive HR strategy, leadership development, recruitment, compensation planning and analysis, and integration of HR best practices across the existing enterprise and newly acquired companies. Mr. Lutz brings to Liquidity Services over 30 years of experience as a coach, mentor and HR professional in mid-size to large publicly traded and private equity backed, multinational corporations across technology, manufacturing, consumer goods and service industries. He has worked extensively in Asia and Europe as well as the U.S. to support numerous leadership development, acquisition and divesture projects from both an HR and operational perspective.
