ESIS Announces Upgrades to Its Risk Management Information System19:46 EDT Thursday, April 12, 2012 PHILADELPHIA (Business Wire) -- ESIS, Inc., (ESIS®), a risk management services company and member of the ACE Group, today announced the release of several important enhancements to its Risk Management Information System (RMIS), ESIS Global RiskAdvantage® (GRA). The enhancements are designed to capture and organize information more efficiently so that users can access a more holistic view of their company's claim history. ESIS will present the upgraded technology at the upcoming Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS) 2102 Annual Conference & Exhibition to be held in Philadelphia, PA, April 15-18, 2012. ESIS GRA representatives will demonstrate the application and reveal the brand new claims module for the self administration of claims. The module allows users to enter all claim types handled by their company and can include as much detail as desired. In addition, the module posts payments and reserves and attaches claim notes and scanned documents to those files. Should it be determined that a claim can no longer be handled in house, the claim can be instantly transferred to an ESIS claim office for handling. “Our new self-admin claims module is something our clients have been asking for,” said David Patterson, President of ESIS, Inc. “We pride ourselves on our ability to continually reinvest in our application. The GRA system is highly adaptable which means we can easily make changes and upgrades. Our clients tell us this is important because we are able to continually modify the application in response to their evolving needs.” Debbie Johnson, Vice President ESIS Business Support Services commented, “There are quite a few new features. We have totally redesigned our home page. It's more user friendly with views of general information and links that allow users to run quick claim queries right from the home page. In addition, users will see all scheduled reports that have run within the last eight days, as well as alerts and diaries that come due on that particular day.” “We are especially excited about our new medical program analysis report groups,” said Ms. Johnson. “We are offering several new pharmacy reports that provide trending analysis on the utilization of drugs and the financial impact to our clients, as well as pharmacy reports on frequency and severity.” ESIS is known for its industry leading RMIS system. The GRA system's imaging platform and advanced search features enable users to instantly access complete claim files. Imaged documents can be downloaded, printed, and emailed with ease.
