Kramer was elected to the Board of Directors of Sherwin-Williams at the company's annual meeting.  Mr. Kramer, 48, is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.  Mr. Kramer was appointed to the Audit Committee of the Board.  "We are delighted to welcome Rich to our Board of Directors," commented Chris Connor, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sherwin-Williams.
