Russel Metals' 6.375% Senior Notes Due March 1, 2014 to be Redeemed on May 25, 201207:44 EDT Wednesday, April 25, 2012TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 25, 2012) - Russel Metals Inc. (TSX:RUS) announced today that an irrevocable notice of redemption has been sent to the holders of its U.S. dollar denominated 6.375% Senior Notes due March 1, 2014. The Senior Notes will be redeemed on May 25, 2012 at a price equal to the principal amount thereof plus accrued and unpaid interest being US$1,014.88 per US$1,000 principal amount.
