New Three-Year Collective Agreement for Vancouver Employees of Molson Coors Canada17:29 EDT Saturday, May 05, 2012VANCOUVER, May 5, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The 175 unionized brewery operations employees represented by Local Union 300 at the Molson Coors Vancouver brewery today approved the offer presented to them by the Company. The unionized employees voted 70% in favour of the new collective agreement, which will incept for a term of three years.The agreement, which expires on April 20th, 2015, includes incentives for employees eligible for retirement, competitive wage increases and various benefit enhancements. The agreement addressed both the Company and employee needs and provides generous working conditions for the years ahead."This great news demonstrates the trusting relationship between Molson Coors Canada and its employees here in Vancouver, as well as our past and future commitment to build a world-class working environment based on integrity and mutual respect.
