BlackPearl Announces an Increase in its Bank Credit Facilities to $115 Million17:00 EDT Wednesday, May 09, 2012CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - May 9, 2012) -BlackPearl Resources Inc. ("BlackPearl" or the "Company") (TSX:PXX)(FIRST NORTH:PXXS) is pleased to announce that the Company's banking syndicate, led by Alberta Treasury Branches and including the National Bank of Canada and Scotiabank, has increased the Company's credit facilities from $25 million to $115 million effective immediately. As of March 31, 2012, the Company has no debt and working capital of $22 million. John Festival, President of BlackPearl, commenting on the expanded credit facilities indicated that, "We are very pleased to have these new facilities in place. We have a number of exciting development projects that require funding. The expanded credit facility, together with working capital and anticipated cash flow should be sufficient to fully fund BlackPearl's planned capital expenditure program for the next 24 months."
