In the REIT's previously issued press release of May 10, 2012, the figures stated, for the three months ended March 31, 2012, for (i) FFO (Funds From Operations) payout ratio should be "107.5%" instead of "102.7%"; and (ii) distributions (in thousands of dollars) should be "5,383" instead of "5,143".
