Old Republic Announces Redemption Of 2012 Senior Notes17:34 EDT Wednesday, May 16, 2012CHICAGO, May 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Old Republic International Corporation (NYSE: ORI) today announced that it had redeemed on the due date its 8.0 percent Convertible Senior Notes of 2012 at their par value of $316.2 million.  The redemption was effected with available holding company funds maintained for this and other general corporate purposes.About Old RepublicChicago-based Old Republic International Corporation is one of the nation's 50 largest publicly held insurance organizations.
