CN presents Safe Handling Award to shippers12:30 EDT Friday, May 18, 2012 MONTREAL, May 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - CN (TSX: CNR) (NYSE: CNI) today announced the winners of its Safe Handling Award for 2011. This award is among the most coveted and respected in the industry. In all, 109 companies were presented with the Safe Handling Award at a special ceremony. Launched in 1992, CN's Safe Handling Award has been presented to customers that load cars with dangerous goods and meet strict standards for the safe handling and shipment of regulated products. The winners must meet established criteria, according to the total number of shipments of dangerous goods for all facilities.
