Low-fare Frontier Airlines Flies into Harrisburg with Nonstop Service to Denver and Orlando14:00 EDT Tuesday, May 22, 2012 DENVER (Business Wire) -- Low-fare Frontier Airlines flies into Pennsylvania's Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) today with nonstop service to/from both Denver International Airport (DEN) and Orlando International Airport (MCO). Denver seasonal service starts today and operates three days each week through Sept. 2, 2012. Year-round Orlando service, offered four times weekly, begins May 24. Representatives from Frontier, the Harrisburg airport and Airport Authority, government officials and others will participate in a news conference at the airport Tuesday to celebrate the launch of the new service. The first flight from Denver, which arrives at 3:55 p.m., will be welcomed with a water cannon salute. Additionally, Frontier is partnering with the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area to solicit donations.
