Alterra Power Announces Resignation of David O'Brien as a Director of the Company

VANCOUVER, May 23, 2012 /CNW/ - Alterra Power Corp. (TSX: AXY) announces the resignation of David O'Brien as a Director of the Company due to his taking a new role with KPMG, the Company's auditors.
Alterra's Chairman, Ross Beaty, said, "David was a great Board member and we will miss his experience and insight. We wish him all the best in his new undertaking."
