Under the agreement, ESSI will distribute Carmanah offshore oil/gas sector marine navigational aids in the continental USA and Carmanah will reciprocate with the distribution of ESSI's proprietary fog horn, in addition to other products manufactured by ESSI, in Canada and Latin America. "We immediately saw potential synergy between Carmanah/Sabik Marine's products and ESSI's oil/gas products with the goal of becoming strategic partners," explains Bruce Cousins, Carmanah CEO. "We're extremely pleased to have translated that early identified synergy into this long term agreement." ESSI has more than (20) years of experience as a dedicated manufacturer and supplier of products and services to the oil/gas industry.
