Yalian Steel Grants Stock Options14:43 EDT Wednesday, May 30, 2012VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 30, 2012) - Yalian Steel Corporation (TSX VENTURE:YL) ("Yalian" or the "Company") announces that it has granted incentive stock options to certain of its directors, officers and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate 535,000 common shares of the Company. The options are exercisable for a five year period at an exercise price of $0.55 per share and are subject to vesting provisions.
