Finavera Wind Energy Announces $850,000 Loan15:00 EDT Tuesday, June 05, 2012VANCOUVER, June 5, 2012 /CNW/ - Finavera Wind Energy Inc. ('Finavera Wind Energy' or the 'Company') (TSX-V: FVR) announces that it has arranged an $850,000 bridge loan. The loan has a one year term with an annual interest rate of 7%. A total of 2,000,000 share purchase warrants will be issued to the lender, with each warrant exercisable at $0.18 for 12 months from the date of closing of the loan.Proceeds of the loan will be primarily used for general working capital and ongoing wind project development.
