(NYSE:AZO) today announced that Ron Griffin has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Customer Satisfaction. Griffin comes to AutoZone from Hewlett-Packard Company, where he was a key member of the leadership team that drove their IT transformation. In his role as SVP, Global Information Technology, he was the CIO of the Enterprise Services Division. Ron also spent 12 years with Home Depot, including eight as CIO, during a period of substantial growth. Ron will report to Bill Giles, CFO - EVP, Finance, IT & Store Development, Customer Satisfaction. "We are excited to have Ron join AutoZone and believe he will be a terrific asset to our Company.
