Georgia Power announces planned redemption of Series 2007D 6.375% Senior Notes due July 15, 204716:15 EDT Friday, June 15, 2012ATLANTA, June 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Georgia Power announced today the planned redemption on July 16, 2012 of all $300 million aggregate principal amount of its Series 2007D 6.375% Senior Notes due July 15, 2047.
