(TSX Venture: SHH) held an Annual and Special Meeting of its shareholders on Monday, June 11, 2012. All resolutions presented to the shareholders at the meeting were adopted. In addition, all seven incumbent members of the Board of Directors were re-elected, and Sonomax is pleased to announce the election for the first time to the Board of Directors of Philippe Gervais and Richard Yanofsky. Also, an aggregate of 1,245,000 stock options were granted to seven non-management members of the Board of Directors.
