("the Company" or "Pacific Insight") (TSX: PIH) announced today the appointment of Mr. Richard McKerracher to the Board of Directors of the Company.Mr. McKerracher brings many years of executive management and board experience to the Company and has a strong background in all facets of manufacturing businesses and a thorough understanding of public and private entities, in both North and South America. Mr. McKerracher was previously President and a Director of Sauder Industries Limited until his retirement in September 2010. He was involved with Sauder Industries and its' affiliates for over twenty years in a variety of senior capacities and was appointed President in 2004.The Chairman of Pacific Insight, Cowan McKinney stated "We are very pleased to have Richard join our Board, he is a strategically-oriented business executive, with solid experience in establishing business relationships with large multi-nationals. His strong financial background and detail orientation supplement his experience with all aspects of running a business and his input will be a great asset to the Company".Mr. McKerracher is currently a Trustee of A&W Revenue Royalties Income Fund, a TSX listed company and also a Director of Nuheat Industries Limited, a Vancouver-based private company. His previous board experience includes his role as a Director at International Forest Products Limited, also a TSX listed company.
