AutoZone Announces Organizational Changes13:05 EDT Friday, June 29, 2012MEMPHIS, Tenn., June 29, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AutoZone, Inc. (NYSE:AZO) today announced that Michael A. Womack has joined the company as Senior Vice President Human Resources, Customer Satisfaction. Mike comes to AutoZone from Cintas Corporation, where he was Vice President Human Resources and a key member of the leadership team. Mike has been with Cintas since 2003, and has held the top Human Resources position for the last six years. Previously, Mike progressed through the roles of Senior Counsel, Labor and Employment, and Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Labor and Employment. Prior to joining Cintas, Mike was a law partner with the national law firm Littler Mendelson. Mike holds a law degree from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University. Mr. Womack will serve on the company's Executive Committee and report to Bill Rhodes, Chairman, President & CEO, Customer Satisfaction.
