Martin Midstream Partners Announces Quarterly Distribution and Release Date of Second Quarter 2012 Results13:00 EDT Friday, July 27, 2012KILGORE, Texas, July 27, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (Nasdaq:MMLP) announced today it has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.7625 per unit for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 and plans to publicly release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2012 after the market closes on Wednesday, August 1, 2012. In addition, Martin Midstream Partners intends to file its annual report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 after the market closes on Monday, August 6, 2012. Quarterly Cash Distribution This quarterly distribution remains unchanged from the distribution paid in the prior quarter. The distribution is payable on August 14, 2012 to common unitholders of record as of the close of business on August 7, 2012. The ex-dividend date for the cash distribution is August 2, 2012. This distribution reflects an annualized distribution rate of $3.05 per unit and is based on Martin Midstream Partners' current operating performance and the current general economic, industry, and market conditions affecting it.
