First Capital Realty announces redemption of its 5.34% Series D senior unsecured debentures due April 1, 201317:00 EDT Monday, July 30, 2012TORONTO, July 30, 2012 /CNW/ - First Capital Realty Inc. (TSX: FCR) (the "Company"), Canada's leading owner, developer and operator of supermarket and drugstore anchored neighbourhood and community shopping centres, located predominantly in growing urban markets, announced today that it has provided notice to holders of its outstanding 5.34% Series D senior unsecured debentures due April 1, 2013 (the "Debentures") in respect of the redemption in full of the Debentures. As of the date hereof, there is $97 million principal amount of Debentures outstanding.The Company has established August 29, 2012 as the redemption date. On the redemption date, the Debentures will be redeemed at a price of $1,023.33 for each $1,000 principal amount of Debentures outstanding, consisting of the Canada Yield Price (as defined in the trust Indenture pursuant to which the Debentures were issued) calculated on the date hereof, and will thereafter cease to be outstanding.
