Announces Pricing Of $450 Million Of 4.75% Senior Notes Due 2023 By Host Hotels & Resorts, L.P.16:39 EDT Thursday, August 02, 2012BETHESDA, Md., Aug. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: HST) today announced that Host Hotels & Resorts, L.P. ("Host L.P."), for whom the Company acts as sole general partner, has priced its offering (the "Offering") of $450 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.75% senior notes due 2023 (the "Notes"). The Offering is expected to close on August 9, 2012, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of customary closing conditions. The net proceeds of the Offering of approximately $443 million, after deducting the underwriting discount, fees and expenses, will be used to redeem the remaining $250 million of our 6?% Series O senior notes due 2015, to redeem $150 million of our 6¾% Series Q senior notes due 2016 and for general corporate purposes. BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities are the joint book-running managers for the offering.
