Continental Resources, Inc. Announces $700 Million Offering of New Senior Notes due 202207:08 EDT Monday, August 13, 2012OKLAHOMA CITY, Aug. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Continental Resources, Inc. ("Continental" or the "Company") (NYSE: CLR) announced today that, subject to market conditions, it intends to offer $700 million in aggregate principal amount of new senior notes in a private placement to eligible purchasers.
