USA TODAY High School Sports Unveils 2012 Preseason American Family Insurance ALL-USA Football Team11:17 EDT Thursday, August 23, 2012Running Back Kelvin Taylor (Glades Day; Belle Glade, Fla.), Defensive Back Leon McQuay III (Armwood; Seffner, Fla.) are lone ALL-USA returneesState of Florida leads with five player selections; University of Southern California, Florida and Alabama each lead with two ALL-USA recruitsMCLEAN, Va., Aug. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- USA TODAY High School Sports?the nation's leading source for high school sports news and information?today unveiled the 2012 preseason American Family Insurance ALL-USA high school football team, spotlighting the best offensive and defensive high school football players in the U.S. to watch for during the upcoming season.(Logo: )   Kelvin Taylor, a 5-11 senior running back from Glades Day (Belle Glade, Fla.) with 2,691 yards and 47 touchdowns rushing in 2011, and Leon McQuay III of Armwood (Seffner, Fla.), a 6-2 defensive back with 66 tackles and 4 interceptions last season, are the lone returning players from last year's season-ending American Family Insurance ALL-USA Team.  Representing Miami Central (Fla.)?USA TODAY High School Sports' No. 1 ranked team in its 2012 Super 25 Preseason National Rankings?is Joseph Yearby, a 5-9 junior running back with 2,160 yards and 24 touchdowns rushing last season.  Robert Nkemdiche, a 6-5 defensive end with 93 tackles and 18 sacks in 2011, is expected this season to lead No. 6-ranked Grayson (Loganville, Ga.), which will host Miami Central in one of the nation's most anticipated early season games next Friday, August 31.Yearby is one of five juniors named to this year's preseason American Family Insurance ALL-USA team. He is joined by 6-4 defensive end Da'Shawn Hand from Woodbridge (Va.), who recorded 21 sacks as a sophomore and is considered perhaps the top defensive player in the class of 2014; Jabrill Peppers of Paramus (N.J.) Catholic, a 6-0 running back/cornerback who transferred in the offseason from USA TODAY's 2011 national No. 1 Don Bosco (N.J.) Prep.; Andrew Brown from Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, Va.), a 6-4 defensive tackle with 17 sacks over the past two seasons, and Cameron Denson, a 6-1 wide receiver and defensive back from Salpointe Catholic in Tucson, AZ who recorded 957 receiving yards and scored 15 touchdowns as a sophomore. Canton Kaumatule of Punahou (Honolulu, Hawaii)?a 6-7 defensive end whose brother Luke currently plays for Stanford?is the only sophomore to earn 2012 preseason ALL-USA recognition.            In all, players from 15 states are represented on this year's preseason team, with the highest representation coming from Florida with five players selected.  Hawaii, Illinois, Texas and Virginia each placed two players.The University of Southern California, the University of Florida and Alabama have each received commitments from two ALL-USA selections.
