In this role, he led human resources initiatives for establishing Motorola Mobility as a separate, independent and publicly traded company.  He established a new human resources team and led global human resources, security and real estate functions through Motorola Mobility's recent acquisition by Google.Prior to joining Motorola in 2010, Mr. Crum led human resources for ITT Corporation for eight years.
