D.R. Horton, Inc., America's Builder, Announces Pricing of $350 Million of Senior Notes Due 202214:47 EDT Tuesday, September 11, 2012 FORT WORTH, Texas (Business Wire) -- D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE:DHI), America's Builder, announced that it has priced a registered underwritten public offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 4.375% senior notes due 2022. The senior notes will pay interest semi-annually at a rate of 4.375% per year and will mature on September 15, 2022. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on September 14, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions. D.R. Horton will use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes. RBS Securities Inc. acted as the Sole Book-Running Manager for the senior notes offering. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, UBS Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as Co-Managers in the transaction.
