Accenture to Help Oi Transform Business Operations and Support Strategic Growth Objectives07:00 EDT Thursday, September 13, 2012 RIO DE JANEIRO (Business Wire) -- Oi SA (NYSE: OIBR/C), one of Brazil's leading providers of communications services, and Accenture (NYSE: ACN) have signed a seven-year agreement for Accenture to help Oi transform its business by having Accenture manage Oi's billing and collections, finance and accounting, human resources, supply chain, and select back office functions. Under the agreement, Accenture will provide Oi services through a flexible model designed for today's business challenges, ultimately supporting Oi and its goal to improve efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness.
