Niko Resources Ltd.: Credit Facility Borrowing Base Review18:00 EDT Tuesday, September 18, 2012CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Sept. 18, 2012) - Niko Resources Ltd. ("Niko") (TSX:NKO). Niko is pleased to announce the Company's credit facility syndicate has confirmed a revised borrowing base amount of $100 million. The Company understands that the revised borrowing base amount was determined assuming gas price in India will remain unchanged at $4.20 per MMBtu for the life of the D6 gas fields. When a new price formula is approved for D6 natural gas contracts which are expiring March 31, 2014, the Company will exercise its contractual right to have the borrowing base reviewed. Further, if contingent resources are converted to reserves the Company will exercise its contractual right to request a further borrowing base review.Certain statements in this press release are forward-looking statements.
