(TSX:YLO) announced today that, as a result of the hearing for the final approval of its proposed recapitalization by the Québec Superior Court having been set to begin on October 15, 2012, the Court has granted an order suspending Yellow Media's obligation to pay any principal or interest or any similar payment accruing on or after September 30, 2012 under its existing credit facilities and medium term notes.
