Xcel Energy Subsidiary Northern States Power Co.-Wisconsin Announces Debt Financing11:27 EDT Wednesday, October 10, 2012 MINNEAPOLIS (Business Wire) -- Xcel Energy Inc. (NYSE: XEL) subsidiary Northern States Power Co.-Wisconsin today announced that it closed an offering of $100.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.700% first mortgage bonds due October 1, 2042 (the Bonds). The Bonds are redeemable at any time subject to certain “make whole” provisions prior to April 1, 2042. On or after this date, the Bonds are callable at par. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA), Inc. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
