Mr. Paul Dumas, President of Bowmore Exploration Ltd., stated "We are pleased to announce that we have selected Renmark to reinforce Bowmore's profile in the financial community and enhance the visibility of our project portfolio. We choose Renmark because its standards and methodologies fit best with the message we wish to communicate to the investing public".

In consideration of the services Renmark Financial is to provide, Bowmore has agreed to a monthly agreement with a retainer of $4,000 for the months of November and December, and $5,000 for the following months.
