Sprint Announces Pricing of Senior Notes Offering17:24 EST Thursday, November 08, 2012 OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (Business Wire) -- Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE:S) announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of $2.28 billion aggregate principal amount of 6 percent notes due 2022. The sale of the notes is expected to close on Nov.14, 2012. Sprint intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for redemptions of outstanding debt. The joint book-running managers for the offering are Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P.
