Eaton Announces Intention to Delist from the Chicago Stock Exchange08:30 EST Tuesday, November 20, 2012 CLEVELAND (Business Wire) -- Eaton Corporation (NYSE: ETN) today announced that, in connection with the previously announced proposed acquisition of Cooper Industries plc, Eaton has provided notice to the Chicago Stock Exchange of its intention to delist its shares from that exchange no sooner than the close of trading on November 30, 2012.
