Maxim Power Corp. Announces Purchase of 25 MW of Firm Financial Alberta Power for 201317:02 EST Tuesday, November 20, 2012CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 20, 2012) - Maxim Power Corp. (TSX:MXG) ("MAXIM" or the "Corporation") announced today that it has entered into a 25 MW, one-year firm financial swap agreement with an undisclosed third party. This swap agreement provides a hedge for MAXIM's existing Alberta generation portfolio and will allow MAXIM to participate in the day-ahead and month-ahead Alberta power markets.
