Team from Bécancour Tim Hortons Recognized as one of Chain's Hospitality All-Stars10:15 EST Thursday, November 22, 2012Quebec restaurant team finalists in chain-wide competition for fastest, friendliest serviceOAKVILLE, ON, Nov. 22, 2012 /CNW/ - A Tim Hortons restaurant team from a small Quebec town with only one Tim Hortons, has been recognized as one of the best among the company's nearly 100,000 employees in a chain-wide competition to identify the fastest and friendliest teams who deliver the best customer service.The company's Tim Cup Challenge pitted nearly 900 restaurants across Canada and the United States against each other in an event that measured their speed, order accuracy and friendliness.  The team from Bécancour, "Les Invincibles", beat out nearly 200 other Quebec restaurants to be recognized as hospitality champions in their province and move on to the final competition."We know people have many restaurant options these days but we know our amazing restaurant teams are an important part of why our guests come back time and time again," said Sandra Sturgess, Director of Hospitality, Tim Hortons.
