Dycom Completes Acquisition Of Telecommunications Infrastructure Services Subsidiaries From Quanta Services17:20 EST Monday, December 03, 2012PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Dec. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DY) announced today that it has completed its acquisition of the telecommunications infrastructure services subsidiaries of Quanta Services, Inc.
