Bennett has resigned from Discovery Air's Board of Directors (the "Board").  Mr. Bennett first joined the Board on July 24, 2008 and served as Chair of the Board from August 7, 2008 until December 13, 2012.Brian Semkowski, Chair of the Board, stated "Gil's contribution to Discovery Air over the past four years has been exemplary.
