Interact-TV Subsidiary Announces Agreement with Epic Records16:42 EST Wednesday, January 16, 2013LOS ANGELES, Jan. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Interact-TV Incorporated (OTC: ITVI) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pocket Kid Records, has signed a recording and licensing agreement with Epic Records regarding Pocket Kid's signed artist, Dead Sara.The agreement gives Epic the immediate right to manufacture, distribute, market and sell Dead Sara's self-titled debut album (released in April 2012) outside the United States and Canada. The agreement also calls for Epic to finance the recording and production of the next album and gives Epic exclusive worldwide rights to manufacture, distribute and sell Dead Sara's next album, which will be released with both Pocket Kid Records' and Epic's logos."While we've already achieved many important milestones in the development of our young record company, this relationship with Epic is a significant leap forward," commented Robert Bryan, president of both Interact-TV and Pocket Kid Records.
