("CVTech" or "the Corporation") (TSX: CVT) today announced that Mr. Guy Aubert has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation (the "Board"). Such resignation is effective immediately.Guy Aubert began his career at Thirau ltée ("Thirau") in 1973 and became, in 1987, Thirau's sole shareholder and its President and General Manager. He held this position until the sale of Thirau to CVTech in December 2005, where he served as Vice-President, Energy segment of CVTech until his retirement in May 2010. Mr. Aubert was a member of the Board since the Corporation's initial public offering in April 2005."On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Mr. Aubert for his contribution to the growth and success of the Corporation and for his involvement with the Board and its committees.
