Flextronics Announces Intention To Offer Up To An Aggregate Principal Amount Of $1 Billion Of Senior Notes08:32 EST Tuesday, February 12, 2013SINGAPORE, Feb. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Flextronics (NASDAQ: FLEX) announced today its intention to offer up to an aggregate principal amount of $1 billion of senior unsecured notes (the "Notes") to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), and to non-U.S. persons outside the United States pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act, subject to market conditions.
