(NASDAQ: CPNO) today announced that it will not hold its previously announced fourth quarter and year-end 2012 earnings conference call scheduled for March 1, 2013. The company plans to provide a detailed operations and capital projects update as part of its fourth quarter earnings news release to be distributed after the market closes on Thursday, February 28, 2013.As previously announced on January 29, 2013, Copano and Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P.
