ITC Schedules Year-End 2012 Earnings Release and Webcast08:59 EST Friday, February 15, 2013NOVI, Mich., Feb. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ITC Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ITC) today announced that it will release consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and year-ended December 31, 2012 after market close on February 27, 2013.  In addition, ITC will conduct a webcast and conference call at 11 a.m. Eastern on Thursday, February 28, 2013.  Joseph L. Welch, chairman, president and CEO, will provide a business overview, and Cameron M.
