Chemical Financial Corporation Announces First Quarter Cash Dividend05:45 EST Tuesday, February 19, 2013MIDLAND, Mich., Feb. 19, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chemical Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:CHFC) today announced that the Board of Directors of the Corporation declared a first quarter 2013 cash dividend on its common stock of $0.21 per share. The first quarter 2013 dividend will be payable on March 15, 2013, to shareholders of record on March 1, 2013. The ex-dividend date is February 27, 2013. Chemical Financial Corporation is the second largest bank holding company headquartered and operating branch offices in Michigan.
