Dynamics Research Corporation Reports the Passing of Dr. Francis J. Aguilar, Director09:00 EST Friday, February 22, 2013ANDOVER, Mass., Feb. 22, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- It is with deep regret that Dynamics Research Corporation today announces that Dr. Francis J. Aguilar, long-time member of the Company's Board of Directors, has recently passed away. Dr. Aguilar's service on DRC's Board began in 1987. Most recently Dr. Aguilar served on the Compensation and Governance Committees and as Lead Director. Dr. Aguilar was a Professor of Business Administration, Emeritus, at the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, and from 1995 through 2009 was Executive Director of the Management Education Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving business education for African-Americans and Hispanic Americans. Dr. Aguilar also served as a trustee of Bentley University and Treasurer of the New Hampshire Music Festival. "DRC has been fortunate to have benefited for so long a period from Dr. Aguilar's wisdom, contributions and leadership. He will be greatly missed," said Jim Regan, DRC's chairman and chief executive officer.
