3D Systems Announces Adjustment to Conversion Rate of 5.50% Senior Convertible Notes Due 201614:15 EST Friday, February 22, 2013ROCK HILL, S.C., Feb. 22, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 3D Systems (NYSE:DDD) announced today that the conversion rate of the company's 5.50% senior convertible notes due 2016 has been adjusted to reflect the previously announced three-for-two split of the company's common stock in the nature of a 50% stock dividend. The stock split was declared by the Board of Directors of the company on February 5, 2013.
