Nabors Initiates First Quarterly Cash Dividend16:03 EST Wednesday, February 27, 2013HAMILTON, Bermuda, Feb. 27, 2013 /CNW/ - Nabors Industries Ltd. (NYSE:NBR) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the initiation of a quarterly cash dividend. A dividend of $0.04 per common share will be paid on March 28, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2013.Tony Petrello, Nabors' Chairman and CEO, commented, "The Board's initiation of a dividend reflects the financial strength of the Company and our commitment to return value to our shareholders.
