He has provided financial modeling services, corporate communications, and sat as a director for both public and private companies. Prior to this, Mr. Cooper was national sales manager with a European watch company where his duties included full P&L responsibility, financial forecasting, budget planning and management of a national sales team and 7 retail stores. Further, he was formerly a licensed stockbroker in Vancouver, BC where he specialized in resource based stocks, focusing on merger and acquisition opportunities.
