Retail Properties of America, Inc. Announces At-The-Market Equity Program17:59 EST Thursday, March 07, 2013 OAK BROOK, Ill. (Business Wire) -- Retail Properties of America, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: RPAI) today announced it has established an at-the-market equity program under which it may sell shares of Class A common stock of the Company, having an aggregate offering price of up to $200 million (the “Shares”), from time to time through Deutsche Bank Securities, Citigroup and Jefferies, as sales agents. Sales of Shares, if any, may be made in negotiated transactions or transactions that are deemed to be “at-the-market offerings” as defined in Rule 415 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, including sales made directly on the New York Stock Exchange or sales made to or through a market maker other than on an exchange or through an electronic communications network. The Shares will be offered at negotiated prices or prevailing market prices at the time of sale.
